Natural Prime Filets- 6oz Flat Iron Filets, with Gruyere cream mashed reds in a very sexy Berry Syrah Wine reduction.
Salad ~ Paired with Leonesse Cellars Viognier.
Organic Baby Mixed Greens- with Dried cherries, Chevre & Honey Spiced Pecans
Dessert ~ Paired with Ponte Wineries Port.
Dark Chocolate torte with hand whipped cream & a raspberry sauce.
